Will you keep our booking confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is the default, not an add-on. Chauffeurs sign a confidentiality agreement, we don't discuss bookings with anyone outside the assigned team, and we never publish a client's name, image or itinerary without written permission. We're happy to sign your own NDA.
Do you work alongside personal security or close-protection teams?
Yes. We regularly take direction from a client's security lead on routing, arrival points, standby positions and departure timing. Send us your team's contact and we'll coordinate directly with them.
Can you handle a whole tour or multi-day schedule in Sydney?
Yes. As-directed hire holds a vehicle and chauffeur for you across a half day, full day or several days, so last-minute schedule changes don't cost you a car. For larger parties we run multiple vehicles under one coordinator.
Do you offer private terminal or jet collection?
Yes. We collect from Sydney Airport's private and general aviation terminals as well as T1, T2 and T3, with flight tracking so the car is in position when you land.
Do you have supercars like Lamborghini or Ferrari?
Not currently. Our fleet is prestige and luxury — the Mercedes-AMG G63, Range Rover Sport, Porsche Macan GTS, Genesis GV80, Tesla and premium people movers. For VIP movements these are usually the better choice anyway: discreet, comfortable, room for a security detail and luggage.
How do I book a VIP transfer?
