Turo is the world's largest car sharing marketplace. It provides secure bookings and a choice of protection plans at checkout. All our self-drive vehicles are listed on Turo.

Both! You can pick up from our Merrylands location, or we offer delivery across Greater Sydney including Sydney Airport. Delivery details are arranged through Turo.

For Turo rentals, you'll need a valid driver's licence, to be 21+ years old, and a Turo account. For our chauffeur/event services, simply submit a booking request through our website.

For Turo bookings, any security deposits are handled by Turo directly. For chauffeured services, we may require a deposit which will be communicated when we confirm your booking.

Vehicles should be returned with the same fuel/charge level as pickup. For EVs, we provide charging instructions and ensure the vehicle is fully charged at handover.

For Turo rentals, damage protection is handled through Turo's insurance options — we recommend selecting their coverage. For chauffeured services, our terms and conditions apply.

Self-drive rentals (you drive) are booked and paid through Turo. Chauffeur, private tour, airport transfer and event hire services are requested through our website and confirmed by our team.

Yes. We offer driver-guided tours and can coordinate separate specialist guides by request. Tours can be hourly, half-day, full-day or custom, in Sydney and Australia-wide by arrangement.

Absolutely. When filling out the booking request form, select your preferred vehicle from the dropdown. We'll confirm availability based on your date and requirements.

We offer flexible pickup and drop-off times. For after-hours arrangements, please contact us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Our chauffeur service starts from $150 AUD per hour with a 2-hour minimum for chauffeur and event bookings. The final price depends on the vehicle, date, duration, distance and any extra stops — submit a booking request and we'll confirm an exact quote.

Airport transfers are quoted per trip rather than at a single fixed online rate. We consider the route, timing, vehicle and itinerary, then confirm the exact quote before payment.

Chauffeur bookings are paid directly with us in person via Square, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay. Bank transfer and cash are also accepted. Self-drive rentals are paid through Turo.
