Undisputed world champion boxer — Sydney tour

When Terence "Bud" Crawford came to Sydney on tour, we were engaged to handle his ground movements for the duration of the trip.

Tours like this are one of the hardest briefs in this business. Schedules move constantly — media, appearances, dinners and events — and the people around the athlete need the car to simply be there, without a phone call. We ran as-directed hire so the vehicle and chauffeur stayed with the party throughout, rather than being booked transfer by transfer.

The Mercedes-Benz V-Class did most of the work: privacy glass, captain's chairs, room for the team and their gear, and a cabin quiet enough to talk in. Arrivals and departures were timed with the venue and the promoter's team so there was never a wait at a kerb.

The night pictured was a private event hosted by Sydney promoter Grant Tassie Brown, with Crawford and fellow world champion Shawn "Showtime" Porter both in attendance and both moved by our chauffeurs.
